MID-SEASON STREAK TEAMS - more Win Streaks I expect

 Blue Jays > both pitching and hitting will improve > if hitting goes up 15-20 pts, they will win a lot of games > team hitting is pretty good at .245 right now 

Detroit > hitting the ball well at .252 / bullpen is decent and just need starter consistency

K.C. > big improvements in bullpen performance in the past couple of weeks or so/ hitting is decent especially at home it is strong

Seattle > Top 3 bullpen, excellent starters and they are a strong 2nd half team traditionally

Phillies > have the makings of a great pitching season and finally ripping the ball at the plate, especially at home

Mets > the pitching is not the issue right now, it was brutal earlier / expect the hitting to kick in with way too much talent to hold down

Cubs > #2 best pitching staff overall right now and the hitting will blossom even more > legit threat to Dodgers!

Milwaukee > very much like the Blue Jays but with better pitching so far and it will kick in even more 

Pittsburgh > rank well for pitching and hitting (TOP 10) and are becoming winner believers

Just one play in the early games so far..... 1U in my thread = $100 (forgot to mention that)

Phillies-Pirates Under 7.5 x 1U @1.85

- Phillies hit Skenes for only a 0.85 BA in 37 ABs and I think the Pirates will really focus to prevent the sweep

- Wheeler with excellent ERA and low HR/RBIs in almost 120 ABs vs Pirates .....again, he is rounding into form early in the season as a late start and the more he pitches, the stronger he gets....also a very good warm weather pitcher I have noticed, over the years

Strong lean to Cleveland.... Williams has had 2 bad outings before and he is a bulldog type pitcher so I expect  a bounceback performance

- Singer has been pounded by Cleveland over the years over 90 ABs and a .340 BA 

Play #2 - HALF U > Subway Series Over 8.5 with Clev ML > pays +196

Play #3 - $25 > Subways Series Over 8.5 with Clev Over 9 > pays +235

I didn't mention my Soccer plays which I mixed with everything other than Subway Series OVER since I have $75 thrown at it

-I used them on most tickets in 3 way parlays

A check of most series between them over the years and they put up big runs together......still time left, but I am scratching my head once again .... warm temps and strong wind out to centre leftfield

Before capping today, if interested in streaks, there might be a reversal brewing....

1. Losing streaks are being halted after 2 losses = 2 - 6  (lose 3rd in a row) .....LONG losing streaks of hitting 5 or more games however, are 3 - 1 in the past 4 days 

2. THE UNDER streaking of the past few weeks might be over??

-hitting an OVER streak of 3 lately = 3 - 0

-hitting an UNDER streak of 3 lately = 2 - 4

-hitting an OVER streak of 5 or more = 7 - 1

-hitting an UNDER streak of 5 or more = 2 - 6

What might explain this is....we have gone through an extended cold/cool spring with dryer Arctic air + pitchers rounding into form or managers knowing who to call from the pen on their performance metrics better

NOW....higher humidity is creeping in despite pitchers being better than out of spring training readiness

Working on matchups with these trend considerations in mind.....its why I plot results....you have to be nimble and my results from doing so are proof that it is working over the past 3-4 weeks with profits and I have gone 24 - 14 - 1 in KINGS over the past 7 days with more attention to these mini - trends and sustaining some longer ones

Play #1 - play against the Jays and take TB scorching pitching by Clanahan vs Orioles

- only issue for Yankees though, if they hit Vlady who had been slumping but broke out yesterday vs the Tigers, he can be traditionally a single player YANKEE DESTROYER!! And everyone knows in the game, you do not motivate Vlady !

Parlay: Yankees ML 1.58 with Tampa ML 1.71 x 1U > pays +170

Parlay: Tampa ML 1.71 with Jays UNDER 9 1.86 x HALF U (I should be betting Over based on trend reversal, BUT, there is a strong wind blowing in from right centre to left field foul line which tends to create tougher conditions to hit one to short porch in right field and cranks the ball into the stands if pulled)

-Weathers has excellent numbers vs Jays...Corbin not great but good enough 

Play #2 - Cubs/Brewers Over 10.5 x HALF U

-I would press on this a little more, BUT, head to head shows rarity in going over this number when they meet

- very strong wind to right centre and warm with high humidity

- Cubs just played in their city the past 3 days to very high run totals and it will continue with Brewers hitting the ball well, Imanaga gets scorched by Brewers to a > .300 BA and many RBI's so I expect Cubs to score at least 5-7 runs vs Sproat and Brewers to put up 4-5 vs Cubs at least 

Play #3 - Houston - Twins Over 9.5 x HALF U

-2 potential pinata pitchers (9.75 era Houston starter and a bullpen guy who likes to walk a lot vs one of the best road hitting teams in baseball) and the two very worst BULLPENS in baseball by far!

- Houston tends to hit the OVER a lot and Twins can grind you for long innings
