It's one of various reasons. Ultimately, it gives me an edge over the books. I'll take any edge that I can get, considering only 2-5% of sports bettors profit over time. I understand it's not a popular way to post on a public forum .. the amount of engagements that I receive in my thread(s) indicates that. I'm hitting at a nearly 70% clip after nearly 170 posted plays, which is no easy feat. I can't find another capper on Covers that's close to that. A lot of people like to see plays posted earlier so they have enough time to do their own research, to see if they want to put their hard earned money on it, which I get.
Personally, if someone came up to me and told me that I could do the almost impossible and profit from sports betting and all that I had to do was log into my sportsbook a minute or two before the posted play(s), hit the refresh button on Covers, and then proceed to go and place the wager(s), I'd take that offer up without hesitation. Apparently that's too much work for some people. Live betting is also an option. Books in the US and offshore offer it. Either be proactive in trying to place the wager on time or get with the times and do a quick live bet, which I've seen people say they've done. Unfortunately for some of you, I'm not switching up the method that I've created to beat the books. For those of you that are on board, let's continue to get this money

The first play should be on the CIN/CLE game. I'll keep everyone updated

Yeah, thanks.
I'm completely with the times and often live bet. I just wanted to know the reason for the near game time posts.
