yeah I think it’s time to seek help and pay off debt I owe due to gambling. Was trying to gamble to get out of debt only to dig myself into a deeper hole. Time to self exclude myself on hard rock app. I’m ashamed I let myself lose this much.

I'll chime in my 2 cents here.
I quit betting on who will win and lose on bases. I will tail Kaufee for that because he has done well.
My jam is betting OVERS only. No unders, just OVERS. I find pitching and bullpens make it near impossible to pick a winner, but OVERS seem to be easier for me.
For example, take the mets. If you had taken the OVER, it would have hit (It was OVER 8.5 I believe). Have bullpen implosions work to your advantage
I am also working on a system where i find 3 good OVER spots and parlay the ALT LINES (Over 3.5, 4.5 etc.) to increase the chances of hitting.
Yesterday I hit with Blue Jays/Chi Sox, Phillies/Ranger and Giants/Pirates, all in one parlay, each on the alt line. (3.5, 4.5 and 5.5 respectively)
Today I already hit with Tigers/Royals OVER 3.5. My last two legs are Brewers/Marlins OVER 3.5 and Dodgers/Dbacks OVER 4.5

Whatever this is worth, I don't bet more than $220 or $250 a game. The only I time I go 500 plus is when I have enough in the bankroll to do it. I've lost a lot throughout the last 5-10 years and have won a lot. The key is to not give back more than 50% of what you won. It is frustrating and exhausting. Sometimes I bet with "no money" in the game and just predict for fun and practice.
