Honestly? I take a few days off. Maybe a week and do some revaluation.

the best thing any sports gambler can do is to bet small. even $5-$10 a game. i know it is not easy myself included..   you figure if u win u have  some extra coffee money and even if you lose it doesnt really matter because its such a small wager

just stick your head up a elephants ass and when you cant tolerate the smell anymore just bet opposite of what you like because there is no such thing as someones shit dont stink

Don’t drink and bet. That’s my best advice. My biggest losses have all come while I’m under the influence.

Sober, methodical, disciplined, and cautious will keep you in the game. Oh, and never bet when your energy is negative… you must be in a higher frequency or you’ll be attracted to losers. Like attracts like.  Cheers
