The Twins are awful and I'm a dumbass for taking them almost every night.

What you have to lay to win 100, or what you get in return when you bet 100.

For example:
Minnesota (+125)
..If you bet Minnesota for 100, you will win 125

San Fransisco (-140)
... If you bet SF, you have to lay 140 to win 100
