Im going to fade burns today. Guardians are pissed they haven't scored in 2 games and today feels like a game where the guardians let out their frustration on the young ace. If they for whatever lose this game. Im taking them game 2. No way in gods green earth do they lose both games today.

Yea I have this in a parlay for a juicy payout. Wagered small amount for a huge payout and just feels like the public is on the reds for game 1. Chase burns record is 12-1. Gaurdians are pissed off and today he could fall back to earth.

Baseball is the sport with the highest variance on a player or team performance. you can see a team that cant score for the past 2 games and suddenly hit balls like pancakes thrown at them with no correlation to their previous performance. if you cap this sport based on your logic then good luck for the rest of the season. these are professional players who have been swinging bats even before they could even talk in life and do you think they still get frustrated?
Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

Yes they do. They are human. These guys are not machines. How do you think they felt losing to the rays 1-0 in a close game? These guys are competitors if they didn't feel anything they would be at home talking about the weather. This is professional baseball , this is the major leagues you either put up or shut up. Or dont come at all. You feel me?

Well the whole lineup managed to get bases loaded in the first inning to allow that grand slam. Last time I checked it takes 4 players to complete a grandslam. Not just 2 players. Its a team effort.

No disrespect to the OP as I understand his point (about a team/ or pitcher likely being due one way or another)....but YOU make even better points.
I have learned over and over [the hard way! ] that the "NO WAY THIS HAPPENS" belief tends to blow up in my face far more than it doesn't. It's like "KARMA" rears up and teaches me a lesson.
Even worse, our own human anger/fallibility causes us to do what after a "sure win" backfires on us?!?!
