Pre-lineup, but we’re circling two first-five spots that fit the same profile.
The Fish can get in and out like a thief in the night with Meyer over Freeland, and Tampa has the same look with McClanahan against a Royals lineup that still doesn’t scare me 1H

@LVTruck
I'd be careful with Miami today.
Max Meyer is heavily dependent on his slider, one of the nastiest ones in the big leagues. Sliders tend to not slide in Colorado.
He's pitched 1 game at Coors in his career in 2024, got knocked around for 5 earned in 5 innings. 4 walks with 6 k's.
I know that Freeland is a gas can. We all know. In the month of June(5 games) his era is 6.67. With a FIP of 3.68. The nerds say that he's been pitching better than perceived.
He hasn't been really good at home, but he's been much better at home than on the road. Which is weird because most Rockies pitchers have better splits away from Coors, for obvious reasons. Freeland is the Rockies longest tenured pitcher, he knows how to pitch there. I know, not always pretty.
Just my 2 cents, it doesn't feel right today. Don't let me pull you off a good bet though if you think it is.

Miami is still live, but once the lineup came out, they were missing a few sticks. Also saw a little buyback on Colorado. I still like the Marlins, but I’m going to pivot.

@LVTruck
Ya, I’ve got them as 2nd leg of parlay (Balty), don’t love that the line is -138, but makes sense w/out a few key batters.
GL on whatever you decide & keep it rolling! ![]()

Earlier today I posted that I had two first five spots circled. I broke both games down all day, waited on lineups, and Miami lost a couple sticks when their card finally came out.
I still like Miami, but I’m pivoting.
Tampa has the bats needed, McClanahan gives us the arm, and TB already saw Lugo once and got to him. This is the cleaner spot IMO

KC bullpen was used up and could be vulnerable late.
But isolated the cleanest piece of the handicap instead of paying extra tax, and possibly running out of beer
