Couple thoughts

looking to get in and out of the Tampa Bay game like a thief in the night. I do see some buyback on Kansas City, but I’m not overly concerned with it.

The Dodgers first five is still a possible secondary look, but Tampa is the main position. 

I have a heavy position on Tampa Bay first five money line and a small position on Tampa Bay full game money line.

I was originally going to avoid the full game completely, but both numbers were sitting at -120, so I took a smaller piece there as well. The main position is still the first five. That is the important one for me today

Kansas City has some bats.This is not about pretending they are dead. This is about Jax keeping it simple.

Tampa comes in hot, including a pair over Kansas City. KC is back home and you can make the case they are due to show some fight….

We just need clean innings. No free passes. No long at-bats that run the pitch count up. Jax has been on a stellar run…

Keep the pitch count low, get us through five, and let’s get in and out….

We need a clean bottom second from Jax, then Tampa gets back in there against a pitcher already working hard. This is still very alive. Not pretty, but alive.

Jax through two with only 15 pitches is excellent. The solo homer is annoying, but he is not laboring at all.

Now the pressure is on Tampa’s bats. Cameron is at 37 pitches, already walked two, and Tampa has seen him

Cameron at 40 pitches He’s only got 21 strikes / 18 balls, so he is working way 2 hard 

Now with man on second, no outs, this is where Tampa has to cash it
