I want to make a disclaimer that mlb is my weakest sport but i know enough about the game as in rules n regulation but not good enough to understand any coaching strategy at play like why bunt with runner on 3rd n no outs other than to get a sacrafice for an rbi. I will resurrect my last year's thread and will continue with my mickey mouse system as it is as simple as the name says like capping mlb like a little girl.
Just needed a few more games into to determine a few teams to fade and with this year, if i win on a team, i will continue to ride them if they continue to be fav until they lose. This is the catching and riding a hot streaking team combo system and we know how streaky mlb can be.
Someone in here should get hot and lets all tail them for money. Im down for it.

First time poster in this thread. Some of the reasons for betting games on here are highly questionable. Because the Dodgers won 15-0 shows you they have a deep bullpen? I don't see how that is relevant. Anywho, onto my plays.STL vs PITBeing a St. Louisan, I get to see these guys play everyday. Opening Day was a bit deceiving due to the weather in Pit and is likely to be a factor again this evening. The birds bats will be very, very anemic for a lot of the year. They didn't address the SS situation with as much urgency as they should have. Losing Peraltas power (one of few power sources on the roster) is going to effect them more than they think. They will look much better today then Sunday, but we haven't hit lefties not named Kershaw since the 80s. Wacha has that competitor mentality that he learned from Wainwright, so I fully expect him to sharp and eager to get back on the hill. Cold weather=huge pitching advantage. $$$$ Under 7 $$$$My two cents on the other games:Verlander hasn't been himself for three years. His WHIP over the last three years is somewhere around 1.3. Not to mention the Tigers offense is nothing to write home about. Marlins are a team headed in the opposite direction. Young and stocked with talent. **Give me Chen and the FishI have no idea how Milwaukee expects to score runs this year. They are very, very, very bad. Not to mention their pitching staff is guys that may not start on some minor league teams. **GiantsShelby Miller pitched really, really well last year. Unfortunately the Braves offense didn't show up to any of his starts. The loss of Pollock is gonna sting, but Goldy and the boys should get things going tonight Bettis who is, how do you say, not very good....**Snakes
Everything is questionable but i know one thing for sure. It doesn't matter how you cap a game. What matter is that you can pick winners and allow me to tail you.
Maybe i will start a new system and play only a team if their pervious game within the series is a shutout. Think it is profitable? Never know

Hey Guys- Glad the MLB system is up and running. I had one of the worst (bad beats) NCAA seasons of all time. At least 10 plays were killer included last night's OVER. Impossible that game goes over...well, on to my favorite sport.
Had Pitt on Sunday and Cubs last night No $$$$ plays but I have to jump back on the Cubs tonight. I will play the majority of my plays in my sleep. Ex Arrietta is a must play for me,,,just shop the best line and just put the play in and cash it.
But to handicap a little tonight. Heaney is a decent pitcher but he should be a 4 starter NOT A #2. With Weaver basically done, Wilson out for the time being and Skaggs nowhere near ready...this Angels staff is in trouble. And now they dump this #4 starter in against the Cubbies....and these are not your Dad's Cubs....these guys can absolutely rake!!!
Baseball is all about getting on runs, riding streaks and I think the Cubs will be for real all year....so get a line at -125 which should be -175 (not for Lester but for those ing bats)...7-3 Cubs win this going away....Lester should keep it within 3-4 runs which is all these monsters need.
$$$$ Cubbies

Somebody had an unbelievable write up on the Pelicans tonight....he was committed to his approach of logo and I tailed him...lets see.
Other baseball looks were Pittsburgh, Dodgers and Rangers...I think Texas wins the West if Darvish gives them anything this year. Those bats will come alive soon...especially when the weather warms up. Having a healthy Beltre will make EVERYONE better in that lineup. Odor will have a monster year! Good luck!!

Not sure why I like him so much, but Schwartzel looks like a great play at 25-1 Has already won at Augusta. Has 2 wins this year...been really solid and just won at Innsbrook in March...I am getting 25-1 on a MONSTER!!! Also love his match up against Justin Rose WTF is JR a -145 favorite over the guy who couldn't afford to buy an ES for his name. So I amusing $500 on Charl and $500 on the #6732 against Justn Rose @ +125 Might have one or 2 others....thinking about fading Rory in ALL matches...just something wrong with Rory (not much lol, but he usually has another gear than everyone else).
BTW Saw a stat on Speith...I think this is correct...but he has played Augusta like 8x or so...he has led after every round except 1 Fing bad behind....And I am sure that is not exactly the stat, but its close to that.

No I am not laying any more money tonight. I am just hoping the Tigers bullpen can hold up and then I'm calling it a night. It has been a good day and not wanting to press my luck quite so early in the season.

I rarely play a side in the Portuguese 2nd division as it is typically low scoring with lots of draws. Nonetheless, on Wednesday morning we get 6th place Feirense hosting 17th place Vitoria Guimares B.
Feirense are 11-3-5 at home while VGB post one of the worst road records in the Segunda Liga at 3-6-10, and post a -16 goal differential.
Guimares hasn't won on the road in 9 games and have conceded 2+ goals in 12 out of the 19 road games. That gives me hope that even if Feirense concede they can make it up and win the game.
I always like to look at the motivation factor at this point in the season. Feirense are 6 points out of a promotion spot and will view this as a necessary 3 points. Feirense won the reverse fixture 1-0 earlier in the year and I look for them to take this one as well...something along the lines of 2-0.
$$$$ Pick: Feirense ML (-109)
