Yes, going against Sale is kind of crazy and also against this line movement but just a real gut feel here that Verlander steps up in a big way in a big spot like he has done his whole career... last two year's game 5's vs Oakland in opening round.

9 righties vs sale too so hopefully will get to him.  If Tigers can get Sale out of the game by the 6th or 7th then big advantage to Detroit.

I haven't gotten this team right once the whole year, but today will finally be the day in a big way.

Great job by Verlander and even though they couldnt hit Sale the Tigers got his pitch count high and then the shitt CHI SUX pen went to work like always.   

i want my next game tho bad and then i got a shot at nearing the green somehow this baseball season..

Pittsburgh Pirates (+123) $1000/$1230

Pirates clinched a wildcard birth last night but are only 1.5 games out of winning the division which is huge so you don't have to play in the one game playoff...   also they are up only one game on San Fran for that one game playoff and they want to finish ahead of them so at worst case they host that game... 

Braves have given up from what i can see... there will be no1 in the ballbark again and although Tehran is great i just don't see the Braves having any motivation for this game, while Pittsburgh should still be highly motivated for the reasons I stated above.  The fact that we are getting a +price on Pittsburgh is even sweeter...

Yea u would wonder..  I still thought they would be interested in winning division or at least hosting the wildcard game...   They still had to be more motivated then the Braves for the reasons stated, don't you think?

Difference was Locke was horrible... Tehran usually gives up 2 runs or less and the Braves still lose..

1-1 day breaking even...   I end the Braves losing streak... haha, terrible bet tho, Locke was horrible.

nah man...  I'll take my chances there, with Pitt who u think would be playing hard to win for a shot at the divsion and at least having a better record than san fran so they at least host the wildcard game...

that is also against a braves team who is throwing a reliver and should have little motivation u would think.  I know they won last night but that was with a pitching edge..
