    Lad loses again

I must admit i thought they lost it immediately by naming Nolasco to pitch

Nolasco  Runs allowed  in past F 5 inn 1-12-6-5 there is no way Nolasco
can cover this and in 9 inn w Pen it does not get any better 1-19-6-6 although pen did stop the bleeding. This could be another 1 inn start like hellickson the other day"He lasts thru 3rd

From one BJ player to another

Had this discussion in another's thread here and thought could bring some insight into the game of B/ J to others of interest

    Them
When your playing blackjack for instance, You are not betting the cards that are dealt to you, you are betting your odds to win with the cards dealt to you.
    Response to this statement

    ME
I live in Vegas and play BJ almost every day and i do not agree with you,

Early in the shoe a good BJ player places low wagers and  as shoe dwindles in low cards to his advantage and high cards gain in volume as the shoe gets richer in high cards is when he raises his wagers

There are 144 low cards vs 90 high cards (234) on most occasions in a 6 card shoe less a deck and half  cut out by dealer prior to start of game if shuffled correctly prior to start of game

I also can count cards and as the negative (144) reduce the higher cards become more accessible thus allowing the players as dealer more high Hands vs low hands. This is when you wager large bets as you are expecting more 19, 20's and 21's

I always wager strong when the Negative # is 40/50  to the shoe as then its a 50/50 chance high cards match low cards and frequency will go to player and more so if there are a full group of players at table that know what the hell they are doing,

Its never what you have that is important its what the dealer has and what you know is left in the shoe

    Reply Him
technically the reason you count is because you get implied odds for the current situation..

Card counting allows players to bet more with less risk when the count gives an advantage (BETTER ODDS) as well as minimize losses during an unfavorable count. Card counting also provides the ability to alter playing decisions based on the composition of remaining cards.(ODDS CHANGE ACCORDING TO THE GAME, Itll never be the same especially not in multi deck shoes)

I assume your talking about the normal Hi-Lo as well, in which you arn't memorizing cards at face to know whats left, your using point system to find your odds

    correct

the problem at all tables is the other players that do not know what the hell they are doing.Usually i just leave the table as i can't deal with STUPIDITY  splitting 20 for 2 hands, taking and not taking hits because there afraid to lose their money,Drunk, and stupid the casino loves them

I could go on after 20 years at this, and I've seen it all

I can tell you its better for a player to step into a card game at the end of shoe and play the hand large as there def will be better odds in winning than losing than betting large at opening hand of shoe, I can Guarantee it

    Back to MLB early game

    Kelly vs Greinke

Is this a repeat of their last match up on Oct 11th

Greinke allowed 2 runs in F 5 as Kelly did thus the over in F 5 was the play and a push for side

The 9 inn game went to St Louis as Greinke allowed 1 more run for a score of 2-3 and lost, but the under was the play for game a reversal from F 5

so what are the play's today

The 9 inn game went to St Louis as Greinke allowed 1 more run for a score of 2-3 and lost, but the under was the play for game a reversal from F 5

can the Under survive today as last game and at 6 with Lad winning 4-2
    and just 7th

will be intresting if Under can hold its ownbut does look unlikely but what in MLB has been standard play in 2013

10 runs Lad and St Louis and Lad gets a W and the over wins in both 5 and 9 inn and would not be surprised to see the same in late game

Peavy could be in for a long day
