will pare all this down into some kind of Parlay after i see what happens with cubs and D'Backs as i'll have all day to rethink this mess of late

What we need is a return to CONSISTENCY
to either the Good or bad

Morning guys never was able to get back to Post Life and its demands

Well as USUAL some good and some bad out of the day

Cubs Gm Goes over in 5 but not in 9 WTF
Gallardo/Hamels Gm goes Over as Expected in 5 and 9
Cueto pitches a shut out( i did not see that) glad i passed
Strausburg/Teheran gm goes under as expected
Kershawwins in5and 9 as expected but too many runs allowed
Scherzer/Kluber both bad and Under was
Kluber was garbage and the under was 
Davis continues to be UGLY and the Under was 
Iwakuma was Brilliant and my RL play was 

Not a lot of time esp with the early games today so here goes

Can someone explain to me what the difference b/w the spread -.50 and ML for first five innings? I want to take JV today first five but ML is -150 and spread -105. Don't get the difference.. what are the conditions for them to hit? Not sure why anyone would take ML over spread of -.50 which is basically taking ML.. am i misunderstandning something

Yea Verlander and I'm asking about all games first 5 innings. What's the difference if i take the spread over ML? Spread is half a point at (-105) but how is that any different than ML? Why would anyone pay the juice for ML over spread a -.50 spread what am i missing?
