If this is all about YOU then perhaps YOU should keep your picks to YOU and to YOU only.
I'm guessing us "little people" out here wouldn't be saying "who cares" loosing 6 units in the last 3 days.
When does your arrogance stop?
I truly hope that you hit and have no ax to grind however its time to wake up to reality for you as most of us don't have the money that the Rockefellers and Rothchilds have.
This isn't the life styles of the rich and famous for the most part on this board.
It's the lifestyles of the poor and unfortunate and were just trying to get ahead a bit the best way we can.

I have to say that since i read these postings every day for my job and rarely post myself I've picked up on something strange that took place.
A few days ago someone wrote in and said that he constantly loses and was going to follow those pics. After having posted that, about 4 other people begged him to stay away. I'm not sure he has.
Your record since that person posted is 2-6, a far cry from the torrid hot streak you were on. Now it's for sure possible you have just hit a bump in the road or the hot streak has passed, but irony is not a coincidence.
Does anyone else remember that person posting???

Despite how Barbs40 talks in his threads. I think his intentions are there to help us. Personally, I think he's given alot of good advice, ie: play only a few games, consistent money management, etc.
He's in a slump right now and dumbasses like me continue tail him., Why? Cause at the end of the day, I KNOW he's a better capper than I am, at least his posting history proves it. It's all a gamble at the end of the day so who cares who picks what. I just want to win!

I believe this is good advice. Baseball is a long season and you can't be short-sighted. I really don't think that Barbs is being arrogant/ condescending/ fickle here.
For those who do, realize that there is no need for you to tail his (or anyone's) picks. Try making your own picks! If you can't deal with losing 6 (...or even 20) in a row, reduce your unit/ bet.
Inevitably, in a given week, some posters will be hot and some posters will be cold. Barbs was hot last week and (perhaps) he is now cooling off. But that's essentially what this forum is all about - we don't need to complain to someone because they're cold. And, after all, you can just fade.
GL Barbs. I've got the under in this Cubs game as well.

If you're looking for the culprit regarding the "rally killer", it was probably me. I was one who posted about being able to bring handicappers to their knees just by following them. It's happened several times now. I'm not an overly superstitous person, but after a few times you have to wonder. For a nominal fee, I'll stop tailing his plays and he should go back to winning. Any takers?
On a serious note, you guys crack me up. There has never been a handicapper in the history of handicapping that hasn't had many, many losses in a row. It's just how things go. Is it Barbs' fault that you guys wager way over your head, and go for the "kill" play? If anything, when a capper has hit everything for 4 or 5 days in a row, start banking the money and reduce your plays. But that aside, if you or someone you know can hit 60% wins consistently, then you should wager the same on every and you'll be just fine. Increase your wager when you've hit a predetermined goal. Yeah, that's right, I said predetermined. How many of you guys bitching about the cold streak now just wing it day-to-day? I'm guessing most of you.
You want to win consistently, then either figure out how to handicap for yourself, or pick a handicapper and play him consistently. There will be losing days. There will be losing weeks. Deal with it. If you can't, and the best you can do is flame the handicapper, then this isn't for you. Period.
