I have a STABLE PLAY @ Kentucky Downs Race 7 #5 Time to Dazzle ML 20-1
We're in for a long Saturday.
RACE 1 has 6 out of 8 1st timers. #1 was a well bet chalk in his only try. #2 was also well bet in his 2 tries running for Asmussen who's winning at a 24% clip. Steinbrenner's daughter owns #8 & has the great combo of Junior & Bill Mott. Your guess is as good as mine here.
RACE 2 is a nice Allowance race with a 120k purse #1 ran 2nd in his last & now gets Prat up. #2 I'm a big fan of the Tyles/Joseph/Ken Ramsey combo but this guy has nee dull in his last 3 races #3 has been OTM (Out of the Money) in his last 2 over the SPA's surface. #4 has a little speed but tires badly for Linda Rice/ #5 Rice trains this one too & looks like the one to challenge # 6t. He's won 4 of 9. #6 is the ML favorite & has won 6 of 9. #7 won at 1st asking & throw out his last after he stumbled badly at the start in his last. #8 is a Repole/Pletcher colt who won his only MSW race convincingly.

We're in for a long Saturday.

Trainer Cherie DeVaux hs 4 entered today including the 7th race #8 Paige Turner named after her daughter; Race 8 #4 Englishman will be a huge favorite; Race 13 The Travers she has #9 Golden Tempo & in the finale she has #7 Alone Time. So I just played a small late DeVaux DD in 9-7 as a cya play.

Javier Castellano goes for his 8th Travers win on #4 Puma. Javier won his 6,000 race this past Wednesday & he's riding as well as ever. He'll be riding 5 today.
#1 Emerging Market is the only one entered in the Travers that has beaten #9 Golden Tempo.
#2 Leading Change gets Manny up for Irad & this colt has been well bet in both of his races blowing away the field in a MSW & then winning by a nose. Love the Gun Runner breeding.
#3 Napoleon Solo's 4 workouts caught my attention. He is the only real early speed & Johnny V picks up the mount as Paco rides #8 Baby Vino who blew up the tote board in his last in the Whitney.
#5 Renegade won the Jim Dandy closing from way back. I think he does the same thing today.
#6 Ocelli is the scary one too me. He's still a MAIDEN with a 10-02-4 but closes from the clouds, He's lost to Renegade, Baby Vino, Golden Tempo & The Puma. Edgar Zayas rides him for the 1st time.
#7 Sea Strike runs a good race & then a shit race pattern in his 3 tries.
#8 Baby Vino surprised everyone in his last & has won 3 in a row.
#9 Golden Tempo..we all know what he can do
#10 Silent Tactic has never been out of the money with a career record of 7-2-4-1. He's lost to Renegade twice.
Gotta pace ourselves so we don't burn out early in the card.

Wanted to make a Kentucky Downs $2 WPS play on #10 Boyhood Dream @ 57-1 in the 6th race but the minimum WPS play is $5. I don't want to play $15 on a 57-1 shot.
For 15 bucks I can make an exacta wheel & other tri key plays.
I bitched about this before but this is the 1st time I've ever tried to make a a simple $2 WPS play.
It's all about exotics & of course fucking greed!
