If that was a Ron Burke horse on the lead with Ronnie Wrenn in the bike going a 29.3 2nd quarter, there wouldn’t have even been an inquiry. In fact the actual placement should have been on Burke’s horse who was half in and half out going to the 2nd turn and caused Irvine’s horse to break stride. What an embarrassment.
