Heard an interesting fact that at Saratoga there have been 62 races won by 44 different trainers which is 71%. That's crazy IMO. It's like each of these trainers had a golden bullet in their barn & fired it early in the meet.
Trainer Kelly Breen won the 1st race & he's a real character known for his great hats. Anyway he told people he had 2 precocious colts running today. The other 2yr old colt is in the 7th race #2 Honest Owen ML 8-1. Made a small WPS play.
He seems to like Rosario but I can take or leave him. Don't have any strong opinion on the guy. Breen did say that Rosario was headed to Del Mar which means he needs to find another jock.
There's only 9 races today & I'm going to take a couple of shots.
