Got four that are about 3/4 inch thick marinating right now for Thursday.

CD 10: Liking Saffron Moon to be in the mix.

CD 11: Xigera is the one to beat.

DMR 6: Sister Otoole has the ability to make in race adjustments without compromising the outcome.

FG 9: Chasing Time is going to do really well or fail badly.

Medium rare to medium is the choice, after all who wants burnt steak?

Boneless 1 pound ribeye, medium rare, cast-iron pan.
