7/31/26 SAR Race was was taken off the turf & George Weaver was going to scratch this colt but ran him on the dirt & he won easily. In the winner's circle Weaver said she's really a turf horse. Watch for the turf race!
Here's the turf race
Also in Race 7 Linda Rice has #2 Cybertyping ML 10-1. She said she would have liked more distance but thinks he'll run well.

Here are my stable notes on this one...

George Weaver knew what he was talking about & trainers rarely share this kind of info IMO. Prat took Wood Island right to the lead hand rode the colt & never looked back. He was bet down to 2-1 & the tri was 3 favorites.
PAID $6.74/$3.92/$2.92
Decent $26 exacta; tri was 25.50
Thank you George Weaver!

Love it when everybody cashes! He won so convincingly there was no worry of Wood Island coming back to the pack.
I think tomorrow's card is the best of the Saratoga meet. Right now I'm leaning towards #3 Renegade but Napoleon Solo's 4 bullet workouts got my attention. Johnny V replaces Waco Paco on this colt & I see that as a positive. Paco gets on #8 Baby Vino again. Not sure #9 Golden Tempo has another Cinderella race in him. Got a lot more to look at & will do it this evening.
It should be a fun day with nice sized fields as long as the weather doesn't screw us with a bunch of scratches.
