First I was a complainer now I'm a liar? Talk about bashing, WOW! But i guess there's no ref for the ref.  That's not how a Covers REF should speak to posters. But you just can't help yourself, i think you feel like it's your duty to troll me. 

Please provide this proof that somehow I come at you more than anyone else.

Yea I didn't bash anyone in this thread, you came at me. But you can interprete it anyway you bc you're the law, right? That's how this goes right? You say whatever you want, then i respond and you threaten to ban me. I seriously doubt anything said here has violated the Covers "manifesto" so on what grounds would you ban me?? You wanna act like this is court. So tell me, ILL BE WAITING.

Roused is what he is......best treatment is just to shun him.......like he has the plague. No response to any of his posts. That being said, it would be beneficial if we could sustain a thread on here devoted to the Derby Day card........a source of information that anyone might deem "significant". Good luck to all.

With all due respect to people on the forum, I'd have thought getting involved cash wise with anonymous posters would've been a big no no??? Sorry to those who lost their hard earned but surely that was common sense?

Agreed. He befriended me as a guy who lives 25 minutes from me, loved horses and baseball. Talked on the phone regularly and met. He wanted an additional office to play so I introduced him to one of mine. Had I think a 6k limit. Blew out 6k in first week and the first day of the following week, blew out 6k in one day before it was time to meet them the next day on Tuesday. Never paid a penny of the 12k and had every excuse in the book. Made up lame excuse and said his "friend" used the account and lost the money. Office took his losses eventually out of what they owed me.

Nobody lost a dime on the contests.

But YOU have lost 100% of any credibility you may have had with me and many others from what I see here.

At first I was thinking that the office assumed the risk when they took Rouse's action but now that GH mentioned that they took it out of his winnings........damnn

Think how it looked. I told them I have a friend in NJ who would like an account.....he asked for 10k and I think since he was new they gave him 5 or 6k and they agreed to meet in person to settle on Tuesdays...he blew out the account in the first week for the max....knowing he agreed to meet on Tuesday, he took a shot at them that Monday and blew out the entire account again in one day when the new week reset. They came to meet him on Tuesday and he didn't show up. He made 4 different times and places to meet them and never showed up. They showed up at his house and he agreed he would pay the following week. He never gave them a penny so they got pissed at me. They said it's one thing if the guy lost for several weeks and came up short but it's another thing to recommend a guy who takes a shot at them and never pays a penny and then gives them a run around so they took it out of winnings I had several weeks later. Then he told me he would start paying me back and to meet him at a sports bar in Hoboken. I arrived and called him on his cell and he threatened to call the police if I approached him.

Again, what exactly should I ban him for? What rule has been broken? Being a moderator means we don't ban or box people subjectively. I personally ban or box less than most because I like to view posters as grown-ups. You are correct about the adjectives you used for the poster but it does not mean he has violated the manifesto and should be banned. It does mean that he should not be trusted.
