Oaklawn Race 4 #6 Arrogates Spirit ML 3-1...I banished him from the stable but I'm a loyal dude & will give him one more chance. He has run 3rd three times in a row all within striking distance but he just lacks the ummmmph to get in the winner's circle. Trainer Kent Sweezey drops him to his lowest level in this 8k claimer. It's now or never for this guy IMO & to have any chance he has to go to the lead & try to steal it on the front end. We'll see

#1 Hatch ran a closing 2nd @ 7-1 but wasn't going to catch the winner. Nice Place/Show pay off with the chalk out of the money.

Yeah, I guess the 4th time was the charm for #6 Arrogates Spirit. He went to the lead & had enough to hold off the charging chalk to win by about 3.

Something happened to #4 On Command. Dylan Davis pulled him & he was eased to the wire finishing last.
