Normally, that's what I'd say after a losing day...but now...
Thanks to the OP and Teriaki for the posts. I'm sure most of us horse players have all heard stories of some kind. Here in south TX, we're struggling to keep racing days; constantly losing out to the likes of LOU, NM and OK...where the casino-factor, ERR GREED, is more important.
Personally, I have talked to atleast two jocks, one former the other backup rider, who have shared stories along the lines of "I was told to jump off my mount (or otherwise pull up the horse) OR I would be killed before I could leave the track". Like NM, smaller tracks are certainly shadier, but I feel pretty damn disgusting to hear SH!T like that...and keep playing. Rant over.
