7/25 RACING

In Race 1 #7 Elevated flipped over in the paddock area last Saturday & is the 6/5 favorite today for Junior & Mott.

Gotta be disappointing for the My Racehorse group seeing this filly breaking well but tiring badly as the chalk. This filly looked a little "high strung" prior to the race & Mott has his hands full with this girl.

BTW..if you didn't know it, MyRacehorse is a stable where you can get a piece of ownership at a relatively low cost. I don't know much more about it but you get a fraction of a fraction ownership. 

Love the 2 year old races but they are a crapshoot. Glad we're done with those for today.

Tyler got banged around in the gate & is off for the rest of the day. A golf cart came to get him off the track. 

Some of these babies are dangerous.

Race 4  Shug has the favorite with #3 Honoree; #7 I happen to like Jose Lezcano on the turf for small trainer Lisa Lewis; #5 has red-hot Jose Ortiz; #2 has Franco sneaky good trainer George Weaver

This is the first race for #10 after being gelded.

Hope they didn't calm him down too much.

He blew a gasket done th lane & Irad wins @ 9-1 on #11. The Ortiz Bro exacta paid $127.40...

Race 6...If the new glued on shoes work, #8 Emerging Market should handle this field.

Thoughts on the #1 Dreamlike here in the 6th?

 Sorry, just saw your note.

I was on Emerging Markets who ran 2nd. He was pretty wide the whole race. Really didn't give anyone else a shot but running with glued on shoes may have made a difference as well.

We've got some good races coming up & it's raining like hell down here.

 Sorry didn't answer your question....my only concern with Dreamlike was his penchant to run 2nd. He got the owners 3rd, so they made some cheese in that 125k stake race.

Race 10 ...Dan Patrick was interviewed earlier & said owner of #1 Counting Stars are friends of his & want to get him into their ownership group. When asked which way he was leaning Patrick said a lot depends on what happens today. Anyway...

I'm on the other chalk # 6 ALWAYS A WINNER. 

I saw Chad Brown interviewed weeks ago & he said "I love her."  However, she did lose her last to #1 Counting Stars.

Another 7 horse field sucks!
