40 days @ Saratoga

Gonna hope I do better than Moses did with his 40 days!! Want to sail this afternoon and catch the end of "Beryl" so soon as site says so, HPI is what I use here in SW Ontario I will play what I capped yesterday or less depending on weather. Enjoy the day gentleman and Ladies. What is going on in the North East USA regarding wagering is crazy. Just look at the Basketball contract just signed. Fighting over billions. Stronach seems to be in trouble also. Getting tougher all the time to be loyal to this industry.

Back home safe and sound and happy to report had 130$ in action and lost 14$ after all said and done. Sailing was great as the wind was awesome!  Will watch a couple of replays and then bedtime. We had to tack like crazy to get back and i'm bushed.  Hope all did well,

Nothing good to report, had  another loss, 225$ out and lost 32$. Best wager was the 2,4 exacta box in the 7th for 178.40. Played 5 races. -46$ for meet so far. Track seems to be fair but maybe a tad yeilding to me.  Middle of the track is a path if i weighed 126 lbs. . Was out for awhile today and if the northeast humidity is like it is where I am, being a horse told to run full tilt is     FILL IN THE NEXT WORD!. Frigging hot out there. Asked to sail a 35 ft'er 50 miles up the lake so the guy can have it there for his holidays starting on monday. About 37 nautical miles. 630$ fee. Just trying to convince him we are not leaving till 1pm.  Place my bets @ noon and head to the Marina. He says at full sail 8 per hr but this time of year I'm guessing 7 knots is true. So 6 hrs or a tad more. My friend and her 2 friends picking us up as they will enjoy the beach town for the afternoon. An hour 15 from our place by SUV so lots of time till we get there. Better luck tomorrow! Gonna watch the replays from today a little later and see where I messed up.

Playing also in race 9 a 8,9,12 ex box 24$                                              Race 11 ex 6w 5,8 20$ and a tri 6/5,8/1................. r10  #4 WP  20$     EX 4w8,10 for 20$ and 5$ reversal. And of course the TRI 4w 2,8,10/2,8,10 for 2$ and a 1$ 2,8,10/4/2,8,10. Off to the marina soon as submit button will allow. Good luck everyone playing today. 

2 days in wandering around in the "SPA", -136$. Never got to see any of my races that I had wagered on but a quick glance @ my balance told me it was a quick " I said good day Sir" for my hard earned money. Not discouraged as it is a test of my skill set that ends on Labour Day. Was a great sailing day yesterday but was dealing with light winds and getting her up to speed was work. Extra 50 mins out there. Kinda hot, LOL. I hold a 6-1 ticket on Columbia tonight so either it's ride or die or place a wager on Argentina to secure a profit of a unit or 3. Good luck today everyone. Looking at R1 and R9 @ Toga and R5 @ Momouth. Will report if a wager is placed so you can bet others,

Monday morning, Spa account at -216.00 for the 3 days. Back to the drawing board. Pretty sure it didn't go smoothly for Moses starting out.. Anyway this is the start of the Dog Days of summer so enjoy everyone as it unfolds. Will be interesting to see where the market goes after the attempt . Should be quite the week.

Hey ,hope everyone is doing well with the Saratoga card and the Delmar one also. My side hustle exploded and had to keep my focus on it. Started moving sailboats down the St. Clair river and up Lake Huron both sides. More American business than Canadian but the $ difference is driving them to me . Couple good referrals, think Cap't Ron with a conscience and that is me.. 729.50 American is a 1,000 Canadian and it's knots per mile set up by some bandits. I would do this for less just to sail their toys and be paid well, bonus round. Working for the well off that pay for time  is new to me but makes sense to others. Guy wants his toy in a spot to start his holidays, I say Yes Sir. Anyway  sorry for the diatribe but in the 6th at Delmar #5 @ 5-2 is a great spot for that horse. Can turn a burger dinner into a steak. This tip was from an owner so you know their logic. 

Oh ya, I will have a good piece of Disarm tomorrow if the weather holds. Yes National Treasure is the likely but ...........................
