WTF... Pinnacle asking for ID - is this a joke?

Didn't see them requesting for ID when I was depositing hundreds over the last few years, suddenly when I am withdrawing 16Gs they want some ID. Bullshit. Is this how a top-rated sportsbooks treats its customers? I sent them my CC bill and passport, showing them only my name/address as requested and redacting any personal identifiable information in light of all the recent hacks due to privacy breaches and data loss and they have the audacity to say "In order to complete the verification process we require a copy of your photo ID showing the necessary information such as ID picture and document number."

Relax.  This is normal when you use CC instead of cash.  If you had done this years ago, LIKE YOU SHOULD HAVE, it would not be an issue today.  And yes, all books would do the same.

Don:  I'm very impressed with your website.  Very cool occupation and your genuine love of the game comes through.  Thanks but the referral bonus is no big deal.  The thing I like about Heritage is they pay attention to the little details.  I have always used MoneyGram with Heritage for all deposits and withdrawals.  On my deposits, they always use the same three or four people for receivers.  Obviously this avoids any suspicions by MoneyGram and the likelihood of me getting shut off is therefore very slim.  Just a great Book all-around.  Can't say enough good things about Heritage.

I use Bovada who has a VISA direct deposit withdrawal into that account that you used to deposit into Bovada. Anyone know if this is ideal? Weird that they don't ask for any proof/identification but I figured it's because they already know it's my given that I use the card to do the initial deposit.
