Wretched Disability fraud.

Question

So this clown that lives nearby. Guy drinks wine beginning at 10am and finishes around midnight. Quit his job, claimed medical leave for the second time.

I've pieced together exactly what he does and has done three times... consecutively.

Claim medical leave from his job with HR.

File for disability through the state of California.

Enter a 30k-50 rehab facility for 60 days under employer insurance and have all living expenses paid for, for being a drunken dooshbag.

Return from rehab facility when disability check arrives in his bank account.

Start drinking again and repeat the entire process when disability expires.

Has not filed State or Federal income taxes for 6 years.

My/your earnings and tax dollars pay for scumbags like this and I'm sure there are many more.

Is it remotely possible that state government is completely blind to disability fraud? These criminals are literally stealing money from honest people that need assistance.

Makes me sick to my stomach and I'm sure you all know of similar characters..

Haha, very true. I&#x27;d wager that 70% of this forum wouldn&#x27;t engage in this type of criminal activity. I should drop the dime on this pos but it&#x27;s not my style. If the IRS doesn&#x27;t get him, the State Franchise Tax Board will. Makes me puke.They actually brag about it.

It&#x27;s definitely a real p!ss off to see people get away with that kind of stuff.I knew a guy several years ago who would play the system.  He&#x27;d get a job and then claim injury within the first couple days of work in order to get Worker&#x27;s Compensation.  He would then proceed to run out his claim and then repeat the cycle.  I don&#x27;t know how he did it other than he just knew the system.  He did this for years.It frustrated me even more when I suffered a back injury at work and was forced to hire a lawyer and fight for nearly 3 years until I saw a dime.  Meanwhile the other clown was still getting away with the same stuff over and over again.

That type of fraud is rampant. There are so many people like that who have no shame or pride.

Thorpe says he's probably republican...bull shite. The democratic party's lifeblood is government subsidized entitled (whether legally or fraudulently) parasites.

I don&#x27;t blame you.  I personally wouldn&#x27;t blow the whistle on someone getting out of paying more to the government, but I think cheating to get paid by the government deserves punishment
