Would you call Trump or Obama are current president?

Officially Trump doesn't get sworn in until the 20th.  Every time i watch the stock networks they call it the Trump rally.  They talk about Trumps effect on the market.  How can that be if he isn't sworn in to be president until the 20th of January?  He has also cancelled contracts with boeing and Lockheed already even though he isn't the president yet.   He has already taken numerous actions.  Shouldn't Obama still be getting credit for the markets going up even though i disagree with about all his policies?  I'm glad they finally raised interest rates a little.

Trump may not even make it to Jan 20th. This guy has so many enemies in both political parties. Won't surprise me at all if he gets whacked. Not wishing for it just making an observation. In Jan 2009 Obama took office with the Dow at $6K. Who was responsible for that abortion? Trump is a chicken hawk and will have us in another quagmire war so he and his corporate fukk friends can make a fortune.
