Not that simple IMO.  There is a MILF at work here who I would just like to slam.  She wears jeans and heels regularly and has an ass like you would not believe.  But I know I'd never cheat on my gal and she would never cheat on her husband.  If we were both single, you bet your ass I'd be trying to get into those pants. 

For me, it's more about circumstances.  Are both people available?  Also, do you have more than just the feeling that you want to bone this chick?  I pretty much wouldn't mind boning every gal in my office, but that's just being a guy.  When you cross the line and have trouble being friends is when you have some feelings that are more than just the guy thing of wanting to get your pinky wet.

So the literal answer to the question is yes.  But more times than not the guy is hanging out with the hot girl mainly because she is hot.

I think the question you are considering is whether you can be around a hot chick and not want to nail her.  For that, I say no.

But I work with a chick that I know has a shaved beaver and a great rack.  I'd love to get into that.  But I'm still friends with her because I don't have any emotional feelings for her.  There is a difference.
