Yeah, God forbid these Corporate Fukks pay a couple guys each $100 a day to patrol and keep the premises safe for the customers.

Hey Target... Get the message?  Got it?  Good?

Goose,
You have made it very clear over the years of your disdain for Corporate Fukks, but this stupid woman deserves a lesson in common sense more than any cash award.

Saying the premises should have been kept clean is legitimate, but the reality is that unless they have 57 full time, around the clock cleaner-uppers patrolling the parking lot, it is unreasonable to suggest that this was their fault. That syringe could have been dropped there 30 seconds prior to the dumb woman piercing her palm with it.

Thankfully, her $4.6 million will be GREATLY reduced once the Corporate Fukks appeal the decision. Not that I care what the woman receives, but it pains me to think that her sleazy lawyer gets 35% or more.

Lawyer Fukks appeal to me in the same manner the Corporate Fukks appeal to you

If it wasn't for Corporate Fukks we would not need Lawyer Fukks.

'Court documents say Garrison was in the retailer's parking lot in May 2014 when her daughter picked up a hypodermic needle. Garrison swatted it out of her hand and was stuck in her own palm.'

...and they were awarded $4.6 million for this?
