windows 10 browsers crashnig no response freezing up like slow as dial up

problem is back ground apps 

click start menu type in settings then go to privacy 

scroll till you see back ground apps and shut em off like skype x box net flix health weather then hard boot pc turn back on might get pop up app didnt close correctly click ok then go browsing speedily on line 

my only prob lem is online gambling fawwking geo location at bet mgm.com and some times they pop up contact support and it switches me to sports 

and of course no games playing mfers grrrr done online gambling but if use i phone that shit dont fly always says make sure wi fi is on or location is enabled grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
