Where to Get Historical Odds Data

1. I would like to obtain historical odds data for all the major sports, either on an Excel document or elsewhere. 2. And then make a website with filters so it's easy to sort through it. Any idea on how to do either 1. or 2? Ty.

If you take info from another internet source and export the data to Excel, you could be liable to a civil lawsuit. Keep it in mind.

I do think you have a good idea though. Just be careful.

No, he would not be liable just exporting to Excel. He'd even be OK making another website as long as he didn't copy too much from the first.

You can't copyright facts. MLB tried to do this about 10 years ago with their stats and failed miserably.

Good luck finding all that historical odds info.

OddShark has a ton of historical odds/trends/etc.

covers used to provide it in the consensus data... but they decided that was too much information for the public to possess.

Scoresandodds is a good source for past few years
