To rape a woman is depraved enough, to pour boiling water on her is sick, but to rape her in front of her young son shows a depth of evilness that only a bullet to the head can cure.
It's stories like this that make me shake my head at those who claim that the death penalty is cruel and unusual.

Hopefully these phuckers never see the light of day again.
I used to be a huge supporter of the death penalty until I learned that it's more costly on the taxpayer to put someone to death through appeals processes.
Also, I think it's more appropriate to let these animals sit in solitary for the remainder of their depraved lives with zero human interaction. Liberals think this is cruel, which tells me that it's probably right.
Horribly disturbing story. NY Post doesn't shy away from these types of stories. I wonder if they're legal or not.

Instead of calling it the death penalty just call it 'post-birth abortion', but then the Repubs would be against it. There has to be middle ground somewheres.....

I have long believed that if you commit crimes like these and the proof can not denied that you should be put to sleep the very next day after trial. Why the hell should any of my money be used to keep these vermin alive.

Never understood why the Republicans get involved with unimportant political social issues like religion, abortion, stem-cell research, etc.
They'd win almost every election to steer clear. Focus of fiscal and monetary policy. Just like Billy C's political campaign, "It's the economy stupid."

Ideal but unrealistic and unconstitutional. How great would that be! These scumb@gs deserve it. Maybe not the broad in the getaway car, but the 2 definitely do.

Whats unconstitutional about it ? I'm not aware of any clause that guarantees you right to continue your life after being convicted of a heinous crime. I really really dont understand the hangup with doing away with people who do not belong in the human race because they commit inhumane acts.

Don't get my wrong Bicuit, I agree with you and in an ideal world, if someone was nailed 100% red handed with a violent crime that ended someone's life and/or rape, this would be true justice.
Under Article 3 of the Constitution, all those convicted of a crime have a right to appeal up to the Supreme Court. The appeals process is timely and costly, that's why it takes so long to execute.
It cost more money to put someone down than Life in prison.

There is no reason at all that it needs to take that long, chit the SP court puts in less actual work days than congress. If you are caught red handed after you murder someone and are convicted, if you have the money for appeals, fine go thru the process. If you dont then the case file should be sent directly to the SP court and in short order they can uphold the conviction and then the trash could be taken out in a matter of days.

We should have a national referendum on the issue and if it passes by 60% then we could set up a system to carry out the desire of the american people.
