Understandable that people feel his release isn't right because of the gruesome crime. But as in the US and other countries, courts ruled that review boards must release inmates that are not criminally responsible and don't pose a threat to society after serving their time. According to doctors, Li has been a model patient who has responded well to medication for schzophrenia.
