I have kept two forms in the banner of the homepage. What do you think of it? Does it look unattractive? Should I remove it?

The book consultation form should include a field to input dates to select an appointment date and time. There are plugins available for that.

Speaking of website issues it is just me or is it super slow navigating through this site like 5-10 seconds to switch pages plus all the pop ups
