Unwanted texts from people selling picks

Is anyone else having a problem with unwanted texts from fake number's trying to sell picks?

I just got one and said no and he told me to go fuck my mother, then preceded to call me a loser etc. I usually don't respond.

Could use some help. 

He told me he got my number from preferred players list because I pay my bookmaker. Could my bookmaker actually be selling my number?

Should have just blocked his number. 

Now he's going to sell your number to ten of his friends.

I only get unwanted calls about vehicle warranties. Never about picks.

I think selling your number is a violation of the bookies code of conduct as stated in Chapter 4, section B of their most recent bylaws and resolutions dated 2.12.17.
