I like how the author used "whip," hahahaha. I haven't heard that slang used since the late 90s when I was still in middle school.
I think wishing death on this mentally-ill lady is a little extreme. Damaging material property is no reason to die, especially if she has a chemical imbalance.
More like she needs to be institutionalized.
