He didn't get caught this time but it would be hilarious if the DA decided to bring charges against these 2 clowns b/c of the video.
Like I said, who cares if they kill themselves, but anyone on the ground gets injured or killed on their account would be devastating. All it takes is something falling out of one of their pockets, hitting an innocent person and it would cause some damage
