That evil nasty bi tch has 666 stamped on her head somewhere but sadly I don't think she'll be convicted. There are so many applications to this kind of scenario that it's pretty much impossible to determine whether or not she directly contributed to that man's death.

she's definitely a piece of garbage.  we all can agree on that.  and i think the evidence is strong enough to prove that she contributed to the guy's death, at least partially.  but, i'm just not sure there's a crime that fits what she did.

remember, if she wins, it's over.  i doubt there'd be anything the state could appeal.  but if she loses, it probably will go to the state supreme court. 

The fact that she was on the phone with him, pressuring him to do it, and then talking him through it should at least be involuntary manslaughter.

that's the problem with an "involuntary" manslaughter charge.  involuntary means you didn't mean to do it.  no intent.  this chick clearly intended to do what she did. 

involuntary manslaughter is more for a situation where you do something stupid but never intended or thought something bad would happen.  like you leave your vicodin pill bottle or a gun on the counter at home and a young kid gets it and kills himself. 

The 666 remark is spot on,the AntiChrist will be persuasive and charming.
