He had her license plate. Give her a ticket summon and make sure the judge watches the video. she would be in trouble for not cooperating. charges were dropped, cop is being investigated .. ...

Careful what you say about the Thugs in Blue around here.
Some sick posters will take your anti brutality stance as wanting to see the thugs in Blue get murdered or hurt.
When in reality
Some of us refuse to go along with what the world wants us to be
We are individuals with our own thoughts and feelings
I roll by the beat of my own drum
and that beat says if a cop goes to far Ill voice my displeasure with it.
I will not be a sheep that cries out
support our cops
when they are murdered
I will not support anyone who wants to see them dead either.
If a cop does his or her job correctly and with a sense of respect and compassion towards the public they are SUPPOSED to PROTECT and SERVE
that is a cop I applaud
Not these butchers on the streets
talking down to citizens and abusing their power by beating
or false imprisonment or tacking on false charges or worse shooting an unarmed man with a mental patient while that man was on the ground with his hands up
Pleading for his F*cking life.
Where do some of you self righteous a$$holes get off telling us what we are for disliking a criminal system?

If it's the police jobs to PROTECT and SERVE as you put it, Why is it not incumbent for people who are being arrested or dealt with to DROP THE 'TUDE and DO AS THEY ARE TOLD, Double standards.
So it's okay to show attitude, argue, bicker and try and get a reaction out of a cop but then if he loses it, He's the bad guy, What a weird world we live in.

This is ALWAYS the fallback position of what are overwhelmingly middle-class Caucasian males who NEVER have such interactions with cops.
And when that cop gives an order of any kind, even "Get your feet back in the car" or more famously "Put out that cigarette!" (Sandra Bland), something that has nothing to do with the stop itself but is a completely arbitrary order from the cop, from that point forward, and this is key:
Because these posters have no value for the life or person engaged, and they actually support MORE aggressive policing to keep minorities in order (as echoed by Trump's chilling "Law and Order" RNC Acceptance speech), they will support ANY violent action by the cop, up to and including shooting the engaged, even in the engaged is unarmed or a woman or a child or half the size of the cop.
Because that poster wants to maintain the status quo of their lives and they never have to deal with cops on this level in any way.
If the person in the video dies or is maimed, they simply think, "One less person I don't care about for me to worry about" and 99% of the time that person is a minority (and can include Caucasians who they value little like ones that are 'low-class' in their eyes).
When their stance is criticized, the criticizer is the "bigot/racist" and/or "bleeding heart lib" or whatever else they come up with, anything to validate their stance.
I implore you to use the posts expressing the above to be antithesis of everything you want your character to embody.
If you express sentiments like this poster, or Swish, or Hugh Jordan, or Slovak and on and on and on (they're all here in GD), you will find yourself not only failing at relationships and friendships (and very crucial ones like marriage and children), but you will also fail ...in life.
The choice is yours. Recognize and speak out for the rights of your fellow man or when you are in a compromised position , especially when it involves brutality or death, or you will have no one to defend you when your life hinges in the balance. That's the most basic definition of karma at it's core level which virtually every human believes in to some degree even if they publicly deny it.

I want you to see the wholesale embrace of anti-intellectualism of this forum.
In this poster's opening paragraph, he calls me a bigot.
Now think about this: I am the poster who has more threads and more posts in GD in FAVOR of black rights and grievances as American citizens and posts that fully acknowledge the issues in the protests of Black Lives Matter before there even was such an movement, and he believes I am a racist (which he uses interchangeably with the word bigot) against the black community.
He believes I find the black community inferior. He believes I am intolerant of black culture.
And why? Because I pointed out that his post couldn't differentiate between state-sanctioned extrajudicial murder and regular murder which occurs every single day in every community all over the world.
He cannot make that differentiation. He believes he acknowledgement of the 21 deaths is actually a favorable view of blacks and mine lessens their deaths, simply because he put it in writing.
He of course put it in writing to mock the black community of their 'problems of violence' while they protest the extrajudicial state sanctioned tax funded murders and he wants the focus on the latter simply because that favors his dehumanizing platform.
This is an oft heard refrain of the typical racist to embrace LAW And ORDER (cue up the Trump voice) to deride blacks and quell their legitimate protests.
