N Korea backed down yesterday supposively Kim in stated he will test a missle . but he chose to fire artillery. USS Miami is a ballistic sub. Has tommahawks as well its surfaced in port. Carrier group is now with s Korean and Japanese ships. China is not coming to Kim UN's aid. And north Korea is being boxed i.n. Japanese citizens are practicing the 10 minute drill.
