Who are these annoying pricks they hang around my apartment building and talk loud as a bunch of annoying little children?

Deport these losers back to Finland!!

Oh... and they'll be completely deaf for a few hours with no permanent hearing loss (good because they won't understand what the cops are asking so no charges against anybody).
