"The bill echoes recent, Sheldon Adelson backed attempts to reaffirm “the prohibition on funding of unlawful internet gambling "
Rubio and Graham.
WE know who is funding Cotton's reelection campaign when it is time.
" Senators including Marco Rubio and Lindsey Graham filed the Restoration of America’s Wire Act to the Senate in June 2015"
Rubio and Graham. I wish everyone would start voting out every incumbent, Dem or Repub. The only exception off the top of my head would be Rand Paul. He tends to mind his own business.

The lotteries are the ones with major clout.....
Bitcoin has blown the roof off of all governmental control of gambling. If there is to be legitimate prohibition of online gambling, it will likely begin with hard line legislation against Bitcoin.
And that will suck.......Bitcoin has been a game changer for my own gambling practices.

At this stage it is very difficult to legislate against people using cryptocurrency like Bitcoin because people still have not been able to wrap their heads around exactly what it is, let alone pass laws to effectively keep people from using it. I don't think you have anything to worry about unless books decide to voluntarily stop accepting it.
