Pretty much normal in the rest of the civilized world.

I have placed bets inside of soccer stadiums all throughout England.

All the article says is that they are not going to block legal betting apps to prohibit placing a wager in the building.

It's not like there will have betting stations in the stadium or anything.

Before cell phones the USA banned payphones at the Horse Tracks so bookies and players couldn't get any live action. Bunch of BS.

News Flash: Illegal Bookies do a Thriving Business in LasVegas!

Never under-estimate the the appeal of betting on Credit to a degenerate. The Mirage don't give you till Tuesday to pay but Bernie the Bookie will. When I use to live in LasVegas,we use to book bets on UNLV basketball games in the back of the Sahara Sportsbook,like water the will to wager will find a path.
