Forgot some money bills in my pants in the washing machine. Not a small amount.

Put it to dry by itself, couldn't figure what else to do. Gotta say, bills were not damaged as much as I can see (maybe a specialist could see something?... Nothing is erased or blurred).

What should I do? Take it to the bank? Dry it another way?

Looking for answers from Europeans too as I am not from the US, but I guess the US has the same approach when it comes to this (or not, LOL).

The bills are fine,just let them dry normally.I've washed money by accident a bunch of times and find it rolling around in the dryer.

The bills are fine. The only problem I have is that Wifey keeps them.

I break a hundred and stuff the twentys into my jeans instead of my wallet.

That wouldn't be an issue if they are dry and not torn.

Thanks for the answers. Forgot I made this post as I ran to dry those bills as they were underwear.

I have the same problem.

I constantly leave bills in the small pocket of my jeans.

Every winter I find money from the last time I wore them.
