Not sure but I read some where it takes 3 years just to count to a million.
11 days, 13 hours, 46 minutes, and 40 seconds, assuming you count at a rate 1 unit per second.
People keep saying "let's assume it takes 1 second to count each number. Then they say, of course it takes longer to say four hundred fifty six thousand eighty hundred and fifty six, but lets just average it out to 1 second. No way. Only the very smallest numbers would take a second each. The huge numbers will take 3-5 seconds to say, especially since they aren't written down and mistakes will be made once fatigue sets in after counting constantly with no sleep for days on end. So the average per number would have to jump to at least 7 or 8 seconds per number, which means that it would take a good 72 days, at least, to count to a million. Not to mention the fact that one suffers from delirium after only 3 days with no sleep, so the average time per number would probably go up from there even more. My guess is it would take even longer doing it that way with your messed up no sleep brain than to just get a good night's sleep each day and start fresh each morning. So then you'd only be counting for 16 hours a day which would mean probably around 125 days with a good night's sleep each night and god knows how long if you try to do it with no sleeping because you'd probably be doing it naked walking down the street after about a week and end up trying to do it in jail where you would be beaten to death for making the thugs angry. Hope that helps!
