Large companies do this every day.  To fight off a sizeable lawsuit they would spend 12 mil. They could settle for 11 mil that day and make the final settlement agreement private, as well as admit NO FAULT.  They settle for 11 and cut a check and walk away.

    You don't understand the system.

And how ignorant is it to compare what large companies do all the time with how a parent should handle a case of their child being molested.

No not at all, I think the people that I'm referring to know who they are. Definitely not intended to civilized people weather they agree with me or not, basically it's for the close minded people.

And how strong was their molestation case? You're already going into the court with base loaded and no outs, meaning ( Mike just paid a family 22 mil in as some people call hush money) So when this trial started it couldn't look good for Mike, so why couldn't they close the deal? And no confidence that you can push the run across?

That right there is the reason I get angry. People are calling him a "rapist" "a fucking pervert" "a molester" yet they will never know. Unless I have 100% proof, why would I attack an amazing giver [to charities] and an amazing entertainer [regarded by many as the GREATEST EVER] those are facts. FACT is he gave millions upon millions to charities. FACT is he is arguably the greatest entertainer ever. Those are facts. Michael being a molester? That is 100% opinion. Now carry on all.

Thanks Palin fort taking thre Republican Party to a low that it hasnn't seen since Nixon's blundering cover up.

Shit! The fucking horror of it all.

The Dems case against not voting McCain for no other reason than that idiot bitch potentially being the leader of the free world is enogh  for me to agree upon.

    She's  not even a MILF.

On the lighter side, the looks of disdain that John McCain tossed her way as to say "shut the fuck up bitch!" were priceless.

I'm not really sure the case was so bases loaded and no outs.  I think it was pretty 50/50.  You had loons vs. loons in my opinion.

well put, and notice the haters have stop commenting, because it's hard to argue facts vs opinion and that's all the haters are working with biased opinions. MJ provided money all over the world to to the underprivilidged. But the media doesnt outlet that, all they want to outlet is this molestation case and his change of appearance, that's all they seem to focus on. Hopefully now people will realize how special MJ was.

  • these charities will miss Michael's amazing heart deeply. Does it really matter if a few degenerates on covers dont? Not at all. Just gets me a little upset that people use opinions instead of facts to classify what he was/wasnt....

He spent more money on a vase than most people here will see in 2liftimes...I can definitely sense some jealousy.

Jackass really said "start listing his contributions" as if he didnt have any. He wasnt just an entertainer like some of you clowns might think. He gave and gave and gave and gave and then he gave some more. It's a shame that goes unnoticed.

    Opinion= He molested kids

Why is this difference so hard to understand? I mean I know covers doesnt host the brightest group of people but fact and opinion is some pretty basic shit.

I have more of a problem with him being an addicted druggie than being an alleged child molester.

We'll never know if he touched those kids. But we do know he was addicted to pain killers.

If he truly loved his children then he should've gotten help a long time ago.
