If you support this woman being suspended/fired/punished, you are as disengenous as the parents quoted in the story.
A woman, who works with underprivelaged youth in an attempt to improve their lives, quoted one of her students while performing in a play and used the N word.
She did not refer to anyone as a N
She did not make light of the meaning of the N word
She was merely quoting the actual words that are used by the children that she teaches, not to somehow show that the kids are 'bad', or 'less than' but she used the word during a play in which she praises black kids, and talks about her lifes work of mentoring black kids.
