Happened to me for Jack Pot City Casino. Gave me 100% up to 1000$ or 500$ (i forgot) but i had to wager at least 25000$ before i can withdraw that bonus. Obviously, i opt'ed out.

The only real deal was my province's official website (or known as a state, im from Canada) which literally just says 'Here's 10$ to play with'
