Great thing about Montreal is that you can cop a sack on St. Catherine, Crescent or St. Denis when the bars close.  Very open, liberal weed market up there.

In the future, Canada may become the second country to legalize recreational marijuana.  This would tend to increase demand and supply.  Apparent growing trend of decriminization worldwide.

Of course, industry would be regulated and taxed similar to alcohol.  Still illegal to sell to minors or drive while under the influence or export without permit.

Legalization in canada next year. Tenative date is july first (canada day), but there is opposition to "launching" it on that date. Friends of mine have invested heavily in the industry but im not a stock guy at all. There is money to be made early that is for sure.
