check out #2 in the second section. This is just 1 book in Vegas, but Im sure many others have this rules as well.
In "case of a tie" means the bet is a push, not that the game ends in a tie. If you bet Under 35 and the game ends in a 49-49 OT tie, you don't get your money back. But if you bet Under 35 and the game ends in a 21-14 score, then you do.
This only affects ML bets, and even with a shorter OT, there won't be more than 3 or 4 ties a year....
