Does anyone know how to contact them other than email?

I'm having double billing issues with my fathers credit card. I pay his bills and noticed 2 separate $99.99 charges on the same day from NFL digital care. There should have only been one. The only way to contact them is through email, no phone #. I did what they said and emailed proof of the credit card statement showing the double charge. They have not responded to several follow up emails. 

666 - I did. This is the first time I've ever had to it. I am currently waiting for the CC co. to accept my Power Of Attorney on behalf of my dad, which takes a couple days according to the CC co. Worst case, I can do something about it next week with them. What a pain in the ars. 

Again, today, no response from NFL D C. 

FINALLY they admitted to the double charge and will be issuing a credit to the credit card. My first contact to them was on 9/6. It took 4 weeks to straighten this out. I know you guys couldn't sleep wondering what was going to happen, so I figured I would update.
